I am 27 y/o male.
I feel weakness and fatigue. I get tired easily. I can not sleep properly at night and feel a little dizzy throughout the day. (Dizziness is not extreme that I will fall down).
There's no headache or vomiting sensation.
When I workout, I get tired easily and heartbeat goes up very soon. Sometimes there is jerky feeling in back of head.
I recently did blood test, there is
Vitamin d deficiency. Rest cbc report is normal.
Vitamin d - 10 ng/ml
Vitamin b12 - 464 pg/ml
Hemoglobin - 16.4
BP - 135/73
Fasting Blood sugar - 77. 9 mg/dl
Can these symptoms be related to vit D deficiency or poor sleep? Please advice.
