Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doc, am facing symptoms of: 1. Allergic 2. Cold and runny nose 3. Little cough 4. Pain in frontal sinus area from 2 months 5. Temple headache 6. Giddiness for 10 to 20 seconds occasional History: In june 2022 while removing wooden chair from slab it hitten hard on back of head I didn't got any symptoms of concussion till now Consulted ENT surgeon doctor, said it would be due to chronic sinusitis suggested to ct pns and review. Used dolo 650 got some relief and pain reverting back. And currently on antibiotics I had done head ct one year back i.e. before june 2022 due to one side temple headache Queries: 1. What's the reason for my symptoms?? 2. Will now there be any effect of head hit on june 2022? 3. Can I do ct head with pns will it cause any radiation effect due to already I done 1 ct a year back ?? Am totally confused please help and suggest what to do ??? And suggest some tests too. Thank you.

Last month i have done vertigo and brain ct scan for my migrain. Brain ct shows nomal but vertigo has 10 % issue so doctor prescribed me tablet as methylcobalamin alpha lipoic acid at morning and migiplex 5at night. Can this tablet causes weakness. Bacause i am some time fell tiredness

Having pain at the bottom of feet and feel unstable while standing with eyes closed. Right nostril always blocked. ENT was consulted but didnt improved. Sugar and BP are normal

Dear sir ..my baby is 8 month old and from last week on wards my baby becoming unconscious (ie eye is open and responding but tilting forward and not responding immediately and head is tilting ) but for 2sec to 5 sec and after that is becoming normal .this occuring only morning time any time upto 11 am after that's she is playing good .we want to neuro physician he took egg for 20 mins and mri that is normal .he told that will check for one hour .heart also normal visited cardiologist also visited pediciatrcian all blood test are normal Not understanding what would be the normal .can we do one hr egg to baby ..what could be the issue .

Dear sir/madam, Doctor has written MRI Brain for Pituitary Sella and Parasella region with contrast to rule out pituitary micro/macro edema. Is it whole brain MRI with Pituitary or just Pituitary. ? Because lab has mentioned 10K for Brain+Pituitary and 5K if only for Pituitary. So, I am not sure only pituitary or both. This test is suggested because of elevated prolactin. Attached the report. I thought of asking the same doctor who prescribed this, but he is not available in phone and he is 80km away from my native. Please advise. Thanks!

I have been experiencing random muscle twitching all around my body and I see floaters and after images in my vision. I had consulted a neurologist and an ophthalmologist and various tests had been done 1. MRI Brain Normal 2. RNST RNCV Normal 3. Electrolytes and Calcium Normal During Eye exam doctor said I have no problem with my eyes and had given me vitreous pouch and nepaflam for 21 days but I didn't got any better. One example of my vision problems is When I read an article or email and look towards side i see lines following my eyes to the wall and disappear after few seconds
