Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is experiencing some intermittent vibrations in her left hand usually in mornings. We did Heath check-up and observed high cholesterol levels. She is a diabetic patient with Post meal sugar level of around 216. This problem is occurring from last 6-7 days.

Sometime i wakeup in between for pee at night only once then sleep again , so will it consider complete sleep or interrupted sleep or deep sleep or not, second question is that some time i wake up in between for eg random wakeup in between due to some dream or sometime due to alarm but then i go to sleep again easily so will it consider whole sleep or it is interrupted sleep means broken stage of sleep

From past 1.5year I am suffering from gastric, IBS and back pain and stiffness in shoulders. But the back pain feels like pinched nerve in back and also bloated stomach I consulted Orthopaedic surgeon he gave Nervijen-NP tablet and Etova MR tablet by these tablets shoulder stiffness gone but yet I have back pain which feels like uncomfortable back and nerves ... I am confused whom to consult for this backpain and gastric . Please suggest and prescribe some medicine

I am having slip disc l4-5 level,i am having pain in right leg,but my question is did L,4-5 level disc bulge can cause thigh pain in leg...i have attached my report

Respected sir,last 04 yrs, only winter season, one time back pain feel...and recovery 7/8 days. But now,07 days ago I feel back pain.slowly pain spraid left leg.now I do not stand my leg.i meet nuro doctor.after advice MRI doctor give medicine 1)Maxgalin 75 and (2)Ezact 90. I take medicine 05 days,But pain not recovery.

Recently I had taken my MRI report in that it is showing Cronic lachnar infract in left lentiform nucleus even I don't know how it come. at present or at past I didn't have not faced any health issues at present also is there any problem for me recently I consulted a doctor doctor advised me test homocysteine in that test I got value 48.doctor advised me to take biohomin continued it for 4 months now I again retake homocysteine test now the value is 9 so what can I do further

I had ibs due to that was stressed out completely, still going through stress due to that have heavy head is there and headache at times, there are acne breakouts too, kindly help how to relieve this ?? Thank you

I was having pain in legs and difficulty in walking 1 year back. Vitamin B12 was 158 and vitamin D was 11. Neurologists had prescribed ME12 and shelcal 500 for 4 months and it had provided relief. Now again I am having pain and weakness in my legs. My B12 report is attached. Can I start  ME12 now and how long can I take it ?

I have right side body pain ( not constant) and weakness in right side of body from head to toe from last 1 + years (I'm upsc aspirant I have sit and write with right hand 12 hours daily study) please tell me what is the problem? I'm worried now
