Brain and Spine Problems

Asking for a 33 year old female with one daughter who is 4 year old. have a health issue and unable to find root cause for it nor the solution. having burning feet and hands severe at nights and mild in the mornings. And prickling sensation all over the body. B12 sugar thyroid ana hba1c Nerve conduction test urine  test and full body checkup is also normal. Have been to many doctor checkups and  Unable to find the root cause for this and neurologist only giving depressant tablet..she is not comfortable with those medication. Facing this issue since 3 years. Can anyone here find out what could be the root cause for this issue? Recently a neurologist has said it is small fiber neuropathy and Unable to identify the cause for it. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

I went through left side lower side last but one tooth root canal first sitting. And post that my left side face is numb. Observations. 1. Not able to move my left eye brow 2. Can't wink with my left eye 3. When closing both the eyes my left eye closes almost 90 percent 4. Can eat from my left side easily 5. My mouth orientation is towards right 6. Right side of my face is more active and left side is passive 7. My left eye is dripping becomes watery quite often 4. In sleeping no problem Would like to know why this happened: It worries me a lot Plz advise Many regards

Hello I've been having a sensation of twitching when I lay down over my hips and back but the sensation is not present when standing, it's not visible but I can feel it when I lay down also it goes away after some times but there is no issue in walking running or performing sit ups. Sometimes I also get facial twitching. What can it be?

My right side of head was numb and it around 3 am in the midnight while i was sleeping. Also i get pain the centre of sole on right leg when I wake up. Also feel a wierd feeling on tongue. Should I be worried?

My father's age is 82. I am in very serious situation.please help me. Doctor diagnosed father's Parkinson's disease. And given syndopa 110 1/2-1/2-1/2 dose and pramipex 0.25 1/2-1/2 dose. Medicine doctor given levera 500 1-1 dose. Father has low sodium level problem. Now watching that father becomes more weak, drowsy, and very slow movement.is it side effects of any medicine. What should I do?
