Brain and Spine Problems

Hi My left side of face is affected, feeling spasm in left area, pressure in forehead, eye feeling weak sometimes. twitching muscles in left jaw area. Amixide -h is giving me releif. But i need to find out the cause of it..my doctor didn't advise for emg or ncs. I feel like i wanted to do that, if it's normal, then fine, but i wanted to check for my own releif. Can anyone help me here to write it down. I will explain everything of my symptoms Thanks

Hello doc, Am facing issues whenever I slept on neck or one side or on hand or with/without pillow: 1. Sudden pressure starting in head and burst feeling of head and fades away after waking up 2. Not able to move body like sleep paralysis 3. Feeling like blood circulation cutoff to brain 4. I have sinusitis always feeling pressure in frontal eyebrows I had done ct head one year back normal. After even 2 minutes of doing Kapalbhati pranayam in morning empty stomach i feel extreme anxiety. Vertigo and a lot of heat and irritation in my brain rest of the day. I have history of anxiety and depression. After doing kapalbhati anxiety sensations increase in my brain. please help me why i feel like this after doing this pranayam. should i stop doing this ?

Hi doc, Last week my father met with an accident. Ncct scan head attached. Please check He is full conscious and obeying commands, responding to our questions, but the main issue is he is not initiating speaking by himself and also he is not able to tell about urine and going to poop. If my mom takes him to urine within 2 hrs then ok else he pees in pant.. We are really worried. We have consulted neurologist and he is saying this will happen until contusion will resolve. Please check and confirm if this issue will be resolved once Contusion will heal

Hi, I am diagnosed with migrane issue for past 1 year, when consulted with doctor they advised to take ciplar plus 10/40mg tab and serta tab . Is it recommended to take this tablet ?? I see serta is sleeping pill in online, can I take that for 2 months . Also I have gall stone issue ,  does these tablet affect in any way ? Pls suggest

I'm 35 years old. My hands are shaking even of i hold a glass of water. It started 3 here ago but now it's happening regularly. I also feel tired and weak all the time. Plz help.
