Around 12am last night I got injured by glass vase ..I banged in the shelf and glass vase fell off my head .. there were few pieces of glass in my hair and mild swelling also on to right side and no other signs.. I am worried ..what should I do. No pain on touching that swelling can't cz of vase or swelling.. I am not having any pain

Patient age 90 had stroke on 20 th jan. Patient doesn't stay conscious for more than 5 min. Majorly stays unconscious. CT Scan of 20 jan and today are attached. Is there any changes in current scan? Any resons for unconscious. Food is given through food pipe

ONLY BANGALORE DOCTORS PLEASE I am suffering from occassional numbness in little and ring fingers of both hands. And also experiencing something like electric shock and few minutes pain in upper side of fore finger and middle finger when i cough, when i look down or up suddenly ( not all time). One neurologist said it is cubical tunnel syndrome and put me on diffrenct gabapanin medicines. None of those medicines worked for long. Then another doctor sent me on MRI. It shown C7, C8 nerve compression. Other senior most doctor said it is from birth and asked me to not go under any surgery. Then i met one more senior most doctor. He said it is thoracic outlet syndrome and put me on tab Eliwel 25 mg. After this i am experiencing very rare numbness in little and ring fingres in some specific postion of sitting. But like electric shock and pain while coughing or sudden looking up is still annoying. This is weekly once /twice. Nerve velocity condition report is normal. Can u say what it is

Hello doc, am facing symptoms of: 1. Allergic 2. Cold and runny nose 3. Little cough 4. Pain in frontal sinus area from 2 months 5. Temple headache 6. Giddiness for 10 to 20 seconds occasional History: In june 2022 while removing wooden chair from slab it hitten hard on back of head I didn't got any symptoms of concussion till now Consulted ENT surgeon doctor, said it would be due to chronic sinusitis suggested to ct pns and review. Used dolo 650 got some relief and pain reverting back. And currently on antibiotics I had done head ct one year back i.e. before june 2022 due to one side temple headache Queries: 1. What's the reason for my symptoms?? 2. Will now there be any effect of head hit on june 2022? 3. Can I do ct head with pns will it cause any radiation effect due to already I done 1 ct a year back ?? Am totally confused please help and suggest what to do ??? And suggest some tests too. Thank you.

Last month i have done vertigo and brain ct scan for my migrain. Brain ct shows nomal but vertigo has 10 % issue so doctor prescribed me tablet as methylcobalamin alpha lipoic acid at morning and migiplex 5at night. Can this tablet causes weakness. Bacause i am some time fell tiredness
