Which medicine is better ? Patanjali Memorygrit or Medhawati.What are the differences between the two.What are the dosage

My father is aged about 62 years. He have both Diabetics and BP. From last two months he is suffering with Loss of balance while walking, he is having this issue only while walking. We have gone with full body check-up. We consulted general physician at first and he just suggested some vitamin medicines, later we consulted neurologist he suggested for MRI, both MRI and full body check-up reports are normal, so doctor suggested some regular medicines. But there is no progress with this issue. He is using his regular medicines for Diabetics and BP which he is using from earlier along with medicines suggested by neurologist, both Sugar and BP levels are also normal. Please anyone's let me know how to treat this problem.

My mother has had mental issues for a very long time (just after her marriage) but after covid it increased a lot (diagnosed with covid in April'21). And the major problems which she is facing is insomnia and a different & difficult type of abusive negative nature towards everyone at home. It's not controllable and i am not able to understand if this is any kind of post-covid situation or if she is sleep deprived. We consulted with several doctors in Patna (as per them one part of Thalmas is already dead)  but it did not decrease. I really need your help here. Any suggestions will be great thing for me.
