Brain and Spine Problems

I am a student and from childhood I have problem of understanding what others says. Not only related to studies but day today life also. Now the situation is becoming worse. I am recording audio what other says and then listen many times and then I get. Can't work with anyone. Extremely difficult situation. Difficult to comprehend others talk and order. Face difficulties in all subjects. Not a single field I am able to work anymore. Kindly advise if there are neurological test available or atleast give a hint is this really a problem. Suffering from pain everyday in head at a point. Consulted local doctors but no improvement. Looking for specialist and video consultation.

My father's age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa 110 in 1/2-1/2-1/2 dose. But he can't seat or stand. Dose is appropriate?

Iam having head and full body tremor when I'm angry and excited and also while talking to others(mainly strangers) during interview, gatherings. I consulted doctors for this first doc gave me paroxetine cr 12.5 and betacap 20 stopped after 3 days because paroxetine makes me high ,also suffered from insomnia,never took propranolol because I have read of its side effects next they gave me Escitalopram 5 MG bd and propranolol 20 bd this time took both after taking propranolol i felt weakness in my whole body so I took only once but after withdrawing from propranolol tremors got severe . I think everyone will notice my head tremor so please guide me what to do1.is it essential tremor 2.is it side effects or withdrawal effects of these medicine 3.is it curable?? 4.is it neurology problem or psychiatric problem when I'm in my personal space the tremors dissappears but when in front of people tremors starts I can't even go for haircut 5.whom to consult for this neurologist or psychiatrist??

Having slightly dizziness whol day and tingling in head and stickiness and tingling felling in lower legs

Hello Doctors. In May 2022 i experienced for the first time dizziness with vomitting. I showed my cardiolgist doctor and he said to take Stemetil md. Recently a week ago I showed to an ENT doctor and he suggested me to take Vertin and if the dizziness then only I should take Stemetil md. So now what shall I do ? Which medicine shall I take ? I take nebicard 2.5mg for my tachycardia as well.

I went for an evening walk and suddenly started feeling dizzy. After a few hours in the night I developed a headache. I took ibuprofen and the headache went away but came back after a few hours. This went on for 4-5 days then the headaches stopped but since then I feel dizzy everyday as if my head is spinning but I don't have a headache. I used to feel the headache on the right side of my head and sometimes on my forehead also. Lately my left side of the head feels normal but I always feel uneasy on the right side sometime it feels heavy and sometimes there is a little pain also.

पिछले एक साल से मुझे सिर में विभिन्न लोकेशन पर प्रेशर टाइप आता है और कुछ देर में चला जाता है, और ऐसे ही प्रोब्लम पूरे सीने में भी होती है | कई डॉक्टर को दिखाया लेकिन आराम नहीं मिल रहा है |  सारी जांच सही आ रही है( TMT,ECG, THYROID,HEAD CT SCAN,CBC BIT-B12 VIT-D ETC. ALL NORMAL). एलोपैथिक उपचार के अलावा आयुर्वेदिक उपचार भी किया लेकिन आराम नहीं मिल रहा है | ये क्या दिक्कत हो सकती है ? मैं बहुत परेशान हूं| कोई आयुर्वेदिक या एलोपैथिक उपचार बताएं प्लीज |

My mother experienced strong headache which remained whole night after taking duloxetine gastro resistant tablet .My mother diagnosed with blocked nerve in her left hand and doctor prescribed this medicine.Should we check with doctor and tell him to change medicines or it's just first day of taking this medicine,we should wait for another  day dose as well?

I can feel fluid in head.After some time fluid dries up. I.e it dries up .What is this condition called.
