Brain and Spine Problems

My father had stroke twice and he is on medication post stoke. Recently we have done Mri scaning for brain and found clots in the brain. I have visited many doctors and everyone is saying only surgery which mine but his heart is week so, I'm afraid to go for surgery. They also suggest clots are outside only. Can anyone suggest the treatment without surgery please? Thanks in advance. Thanks, Santosh

I have been taking pregabalin NT 75/10 from last 6 months. Now i got relief from body pains. Sometimes I am getting migrain headaches. I am feeling light headed some times. I want to discontinue the medicine how should reduce the dose.  I want to discontinue combination of preg and NT first, so pls help shall i continue pregabalin 75 alone or nortriptyline 10 alone for few more weeks.

Brain starts beating and throat when I stand up but stop after 3 sec and my fingers are shaking since 6 months, and my BP is around 93 to 95 sys and 72 dys , and also I am twiching in muscle all over my body and also my father has Parkinson

I have varicose veins in my legs behind the knee and calf on my right leg. It's been like this for around 8 years. I have few bulgy like bump spots which are greenish in color. One varicose veins is greyish black in color. Do we need to treat this? How long can we wait to treat this? I am currently living outside India. I have to travel to India to get this treated. Sir I am 27 year old i am unable to remember things which are very common and mind is not stable .when I try to focus on study then mind is elsewhere. I am unable to learn small or simple things . My vitammin b12 was 230 and d3 is 21... After this i have taken tablets but small effects was seen but when I lift medicine then situation is same ..on this way i cannot fought simple examination... I have been suffering with sleep deprivation for past 1 month, was prescribed zolpidem 5 mg and prothiaden 25 mg from 3rd March to 19th March on daily basis, now nobody is ready to provide me with these medications as they are asking for new updated prescription and the problem is that my Dr is at Delhi and I now at distant location. Moreover, his hosiptal does not provides teleconsultation. Slight improvement in symptoms for past 4 days. Is it safe to discontinue medicines on my own?

A couple of days ago, i was brushing and when i was cleaning my tongue, i gagged and that reflex triggered a sudden pain in the back of my head. For  the last two days whenever I get up and brush my teeth and when i clean my tongue and when i gag the pain starts again and the pain goes all day long and it becomes low in the evening and i have a stiff neck too on the right side of my neck. Can anyone tell why this is happening? I am worried
