  4. Clots in Brain. Without surgery please?

Clots in Brain
My father had stroke twice and he is on medication post stoke. Recently we have done Mri scaning for brain and found clots in the brain. I have visited many doctors and everyone is saying only surgery which mine but his heart is week so, I'm afraid to go for surgery. They also suggest clots are outside only. Can anyone suggest the treatment without surgery please? Thanks in advance. Thanks, Santosh
