Without seeing the patient and scan we cant comment on survival. But if she is young nd if she is conscious and recovering with the treatment , she should be good in few days to weeks.

She can survive if it is not a major stroke, if she is recovering with treatment, if she is admitted in a place where they can manage stroke.
Patients present condition, CT / MRI finding can give a clue if she can survive stroke
