I feel cold sensation in top of head last 2 days . i feel this problem in july for 1 week it go away its own. now i feel same problem.plz tell me why this happen

I had covid for 2 times, in nov 2020 and dec 2021 and I had phantosmia. Then it got treated on its own. But recently I had minor cold but now it is okay. After the cold got resolved, I started getting that strange, weird phantom smell again. It's really annoying and makes me too much nauseous. My chest felt heavy and I puked yesterday because of that. Sometimes I get smells of food sometimes it's just that phantom smell. These smells are more in the evenings, nights and early morning. I can't even eat properly these days.

I got a seizure 1.5 year ago and from that time My doctor treat me with some medicines for 1 month and i take eptoin 100 medicine regularly but now I am ok and not get any of such symptoms from then so i want to ask if I stop using this medicine?

Headace comes and goes from last 1 month. Pain intensity is less. Sometimes top left of head and Sometimestop right. It looks like nerve pain to me(not sure). However done MRI brain and it's normal. Also done eye test,it has minor issues. Eye doctor gives b12 medicines. What should I do to stop the headache? Reports attached.

Hi, I am getting frequent urination often in last 4 months. I have checked my smear and full blood and urine test. Everything normal. Please suggest what might be the cause for frequent urination suddenly for some days without fever and cold. Regards, Ramya
