Why I feel like I'm carrying 20kg 30kg weight on my head all times and pain since 3 days and headache

Hi I was feel from last 1 day, although from the morning i feel no such thing. But last 1 day i was feeling some sensation on my middle head feel something is floating from a particular area and that was little increase near by spot. My bp was max 155/101 that time but now in morning it is 125/85. I am not sure why this was happened. Any suggestions please let me know

My mother stopped speaking in the middle of if might. Took her to a nearest  govt hospital  for emergency. Doctor recommended ct scan  and mri. Both enclosed. A neurologist was consulted and prescribed brivazen 50, pan d, diamox and xenobrain fort Is diagnosis correct. Doctor has recommended no hospital admission due to her age. How serious is it. Pls help urgently. Lot of confusions and worry here. Is is fully recoverable.MRI and ct scan enclosed.

My mother has a stroke yesterday as per doctor diagnosis. The CT Scan is enclosed. She suddenly stopped speaking. Not spoken for the last 48 hours. Also not in too much of consciousness  Doctor has prescribed her following medicines:- Xenobrain firte twice Brivazen 50 twins Diamox PAN Daily Are this Diagnoses ct scan and medicines correct????? Second: which is the main medicine??? How long she will gain basic speech and consciousness???

Hi Recently my uncle had a second stroke in a month of time and his right side have weakness and not able speak louder. At first stroke he had a speech issue and later he was able to speak . So doctor suggested to do brain angio (also mentioned about his condition may go worse after that not sure no guarantee) and no hope for complete cure. His CT I have attached here and medicines. Do we need to do angio?
