Brain and Spine Problems

I had migraine issues for the last 18-20 years . Usually it occurs on either side of the brain due to extreme climatic conditions i.e sunlight and extreme cold .Nowadays I used to get a headache as I get up in the morning. No medicines work on it like naxdom,ultracet etc. Please suggest some medicine or therapy to get rid of this problem.

I feel vibration in left side above left ear inside head .I can feel this vibration from hand also. What can be the reason plz suggest me what to do .Head ct scan is normal.

Hi, Sir/Mam, I'm 40 years male, I'm feeling vertigo while walking moving some time feel vomit tendency as weel from last 4days. I have done x-ray cervical spine AP/LAT view. I have been taken medicine vertin -16. Some of told me to take UST physiotherapy. Kindly suggest me I'm better but still feel vertigo and some time neck pain or back upper head tingle's.. Since last 2 mnth ago I kicked my head on the wall and after 2 hours it's start paining around the whole head and it stayed for 15 days after that I felt sometimes headache and hotteness in brain. What is the reason this is because of that injury.plzz answer me .

When I stay long in sun it may cause headache why and at night when I slept sometime cause hotness in brain and a little bit sweat occurs from my forehead why .what is the reason of it.

Hello sir/mam My mother atypical Parkinsonism patient Never clenched her jaw teeth But during and after covid she started clenching jaw teeth. Started from day she admitted in hospital Even after discharge During time of anxiety stress She is clenching jaw teeth After some time she is relaxing it What is this condition Is it neuro issue Are there any medicines for severe anxiety and stress Pleas guide me

My grandfather is 76 years old. He is a known case of hypertension and takes Aten 25mg and from a month he is taking Ecosprin. Four years ago he had first episode of vertigo, he was advised to take medication for few days and recovered. But from 1 month he is having more episodes of vertigo and dizziness, was advised to take Vertin 8 mg and Vertin 16 mg. He stays in the village and his doctor advised him a CT scan of the brain. I am attaching the report. Can you please consult on the report and please advise on what should be done for his relief. Thank you.

I mean apart talking about your issues does really depression go coz of it. For me it didn't work. So how can one really cure it.
