From yesterday after eating my meal I experience Sudden sounds in ear, and heat from both ear and mild head spinning.I have cervical and mild sinus problem too. No headache, nothing. Is this a symptom of High B.P? Please tell.

Pulsating feeling in my leg after walkin
I walked today in the morning after a long time. When I sat down after a 30 min fast walking session, there was a pulsating sensation in both my legs in the peripheral region, towards the sides.
It did not match my pulse, could there be any serious reason for it or will it most probably go away if I keep walking everyday?
