I have been feeling good the entire day it is only while falling asleep I start feeling dizzy and instantly feel better if I wake up bp has been normal I have been monitoring. no past illnesses. Just dizziness. What could it be? What can I do?

I have headache on right side, jt throbbing pain n swells my right eye as well. Everytime the pain is high it tears in my right eye . I am anemic and is on medication for the same , along with Vitamin B12/ D3 shots every week . I have been taking N T grain as directed by physician bt pain seems to be the same . Please suggest what to do to get rid of these chronic headaches.

I was tapering Valprowin chorono 200 mg under the supervision of Dr. S fazal elahi on practo. But currently he is unable what should i do now... i took Valprowin chorono 200 mg ( half tablet in the morning and halft at night) for one month and now I am taking  half tablet at night only  from last 16 day. As per the doctor advice. but what should i do now please guide as the doctor is currently unavailable?

I tooo betacap tr 40 once in a day for one month stopped on 22 sep as prescribed for 1 month developed fainting and sweating in hands like symptoms after 7 days now it has been over a month i have anxiety more done ecg yesterday doctor said it was normal i am worried as it affect my cardiac health or cause heart related issue i could not sleep as i have read stopping suddenly cause sudden cardiac problems in which cases it does so please clarify.

H/0 HTN since 3yrs using telvas 40mg Dx AVN femur last 6months using bisposphonates weekly and shelcal xt once daily The headache was covered whole head use pct 3-4 days but didn't get relief , MRI brain normal No H/0 vomiting , nausea , photophobia Is this condition belongs to migraine Adv me to use propranolol and amitryphiline Please doc can anyone help me
