Sleeping problem from last two years tried ayurveda but it effect does not remain longer Medicines i have tried in ayurveda tagara,mentat and more In allopathy my general physician has give me tryptomer Although i have consumed tagar for long time Recent days i have used lexa tablet on my own which helps me out like a magic but its an allopathic medicine so i had stopped its consumption and after stop using it here is the result at 2 am i am typing my problem

15 days back my blood pressure medication was changed to Losartan 50mg from Telmisartan 40 due to hyperuricemia. Since last 2-3 days having severe twitching of biceps of right hand. Could this be due to medication? I am also taking 2.5mg Bisoprolol.

Hello sir, For past 5 days i am having constant itching sensation in head, face, arms and chest area. Its not normal itching, when i scratch it feels that itching is happening deep inside somewhere. On google i saw it could be neuropathic itch and there is no cure for it. Could you please suggest what should i do here? Went to GP and he did blood test and said all is normal, if it keeps on happening go to neuro.

I had a session with an acupuncturist ( for my chronic breathing discomfort)who put 2 needles each in my hands , palms and legs. Post that I started getting tingling sensation in my hands. He immediately removed the needles and said is normal. After a day I started getting buzzing sensation in my head and feeling little off balance. I went to my urgent care who did blood test and said my potassium and sodium level is low and prescribed potassium supplements. My question is can acupuncture cause such side effects? What can be the reason of low potassium? I am worried about any nerve damage
