Is tablet cause tiredness
Last month i have done vertigo and brain ct scan for my migrain. Brain ct shows nomal but vertigo has 10 % issue so doctor prescribed me tablet as methylcobalamin alpha lipoic acid at morning and migiplex 5at night. Can this tablet causes weakness. Bacause i am some time fell tiredness

Your symptoms are suggestive of post bppv/post migraine lethargy and tiredness. It will settle on its own in some time

These medications usually dnt cause weakness , go ahead with ur routine checkup again or go for vitamin b12 and d3 levels
