Sir actually I m 18 year old boy and I was facing issue related to lock jaw and cracking sound near my ear
This was very mild issue not so serious
But I still had a ct scan for brain with mandible plain scan.
And now I m afraid will it change how my body or face was supposed to grow or can this alter my dna or future genes and can this cause any issue in future
Sir please tell
One CT doesnot usually alter your genes. Yes, one 3D ct skull is equal to radiation from 100-200 x rays. But still it is not essentiatially dose enough to alter your genes

Your recent CT scan report shows your brain and mandible structures as normal, with no lesions, and it's read as within normal limits. That's a reassuring result for the jaw and ear symptoms you described. A single diagnostic CT scan uses a small, carefully controlled radiation dose. It does not change your DNA or your genes, and it won't affect how your face or body is meant to grow.
Next Steps
Your growth depends on your growth plates, hormones and genetics, not on having had this scan. If the jaw locking or clicking near your ear continues, a dentist or oral surgeon can assess it properly.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the jaw locking gets worse, or if you develop new pain or swelling near your ear.
