Parasthesia over right foot but not left foot and sometimes in fingers with no difficulty in moving or walking or performing movements with fingers what can it be? I'm facing this suddenly and never had this earlier. Also there is some pain in my calf muscles there is no history of HTN, DM

Most likely it is due to transient compression of a nerve on outer aspect of your right foot. But still, if it persists for next few hours, get yourself evaluated in person by a neurologist
