Patient age 90 had stroke on 20 th jan. Patient doesn't stay conscious for more than 5 min. Majorly stays unconscious. CT Scan of 20 jan and today are attached. Is there any changes in current scan? Any resons for unconscious. Food is given through food pipe

Unconsciousness might be related to recent stroke. Metabolic parameters should be evaluated like serum sodium, kidney and liver function tests. Get evaluated by Neurologist.
