My mother have right hand paralysis after brain injury. cranioctomy and cranioplasty surgery is done.  Ncv  Test  is done. It is negative.which treatment will take for hand movement improve ment. can Nerve transfer surgery  help for reganing mobaility in hand.is it necessary.

I has completed depression 6month ago ,and i left depression tablet 3month ago , but after three months i wear new increase  glass spect after back head like compression after i removed from we earing spect ,i consulted eye doctor she told thre no connection between eye and back head pain she told you need neurologist, i went to neurologist she told u have migraine but she given a trycyclic antidepressants tablet is right for migraine , but already i taken depression tablet fluvoxima for depression, please tell i want to continue with fluvoxima tablet for migraine

Hi, I have burning sensation in whole body when i lye down on bed specially in upper hands, soul of feet and upper back. This doesnt happen when i walk or sit. Happens only when I lye down. After lying down, after sometime it will start. Please help whether its neuro related or something else. This started since 2 days. I had full body checkup like blood test, ecg, 2d echo, chest xray and ct scan and all were normal. Please help Thanks

Sir/ mam, i over masturbated, after that i was suffering from stabbing headache, sometimes it feels like vibration in scalp, after 4 days sometime it reduced but not gone completely. Its irritating, i can't sleep properly. Is this a serious concern? Its been 4 days. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, I am having thyroid taking 100mcg thyronorm, my TB in the pleura is cured , I have some posture defect as cited by a physiotherapist due to which my head swings but for the past two months on and off when asleep  my head gets foggy headed, confused,too many events collide with each other, not able to concentrate, headache, skull seems heavy, due to which blurry vision, sometimes vision is less blurry sometimes more i have not been able to sleep when this happens, as in the middle of sleep i get foggy headed and I wake up not to sleep again till morning,. Please guide me
