Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I am 36 years old. I have been drinking alcohol since last 15 years. Just recently I developed a condition that after drinking alcohol the next I was unable to perform simple tasks like driving etc. I feel something is going on in my head. I am unable to concentrate on anything and feels like I will fall down or collapse any time. And also a sensation I felt is going around in and around my head. But this condition tends to go away after not drinking alcohol for couple of days. Now the problem is that it is already 3 months now that I have stopped alcohol completely but this condition has not gone away. It has become worse. I do not have any energy in my body from morning to evening even after taking 8-9 hours of sleep. I don't have problem falling asleep. I feel lethargic whole day. I feel like I will collapse any moment. My eye lids feels heavy. What is happening to me. And how can I cure this thing.

I am prescribed to use Felicita OD 1 in the morning and ROSLOY 20 mg 1 in the night. I have been using them since last 10 days. Since last 4 days, my symptoms of Parasthesia increased. Is it common ?

I am waking up too early (at around 4:30 am) suddenly and experience a kind of slight headache/dizziness (a bit weird feeling in my head) for a few minutes till it gets normal. Later, it gets difficult to sleep again and then feel tired for the rest of the day due to incomplete sleep. This is not happening everyday but on intermittent days and also waking up time varies (4 to 7). Sometimes I am able to sleep back and sometimes not. This is happening since mid of March, 22 (last 5 months) Please help, I am not sure why this is happening to me.

I have a consistent pain on the righten side and my Jaws are sore . Please help with the problem it is worrisome .

I am Suffering from Cerebral Palsy Spasticity since birth for last few years I am experiencing more spasticity, muscular weakness and fatigue causing spasm, pain and stiffness in Neck, Knee , Ankle and lower back area. On investigation - My x rays shows Neck and Lumbar spondylosis Reduced disc space at C3-C4 to C5-C6 level And reduced Disc space at L5-S1 level Knee X-ray Rt Tibio- Femoral Joint- Mild reduced joint space in Medial compartment ( Degenerative Change) My Calcium - 9.5 and Vit D - 51 and Uric acid is 7.2 I am taking physiotherapy 3-4 days in a week , VitD 60k weekly dose and febucip 40 daily also takes Zerodol MR and Synaptol 100 when required but after doing all these I got relief temporarily , short time period. Kindly advice suitable medication and treatment regarding my problem? Thanks in advance

Last Friday my father got diagnosed bells palsy. On the 4 th day only he got diagnosed after onset of symptoms .so antiviral drugs not started only steroids and trigabantin given. He had high bp which is 187/120 mm hg and blood  sugar post prandial was 300 mg/dl.taking anti hypertensive and diabetic drugs also.. Now referred to physiotherapy for electrical stimulation. He is doing some exercise along with physio. Improving comparing previous.. Can bells palsy be cured 100 %??

Hello I have pricking sensation all over body mostly legs and hands . I consulted neurologist he said COVID vaccine may cause the neuropath It's been almost 6 months ...it's been improved a bit but not recovered fully and some days it flares up. I used to drink daily 100ml whiskey for almost 5 years but from the past one year inhave completely stopped and started recently once in a week. All blood tests done Diabetes Thyroid Vitamin b12 Vitamin D LFT Nerve conduction study MRI spine All are normal Currently I am taking Gabaneuron NT 100 and multivitamin tablets Does it take time to fully recover?

My father was diagnosed with TB Meningitis,the doctors had started all the 3 the att medicines - Ethambutol,pzide,rimpafcin .He suffered from medically induced hepatitis since the medicines were started all at once. Later we took advice from other doctor post which we got to know that Tuberculoma is also suspected(post MRI it was confirmed). The doctors started to give the 4 att medicines one by one after doing LFT's week after week.4 days back the last att medicine i.e. pzide was introduced. The current medicines being given are:- Rimpafcin 600mg Isoniazid 300mg Ethambutol 1000mg Pzide 1250mg. It's just that since past four days he is experiencing mild fever(upto 101.4 max) at times. Please suggest if this is normal to have fever during tb medication. His LFT showed normal when we got it tested 5 days back.WBC was elevated a bit as 11.8 Please suggest if it is okay to have fever while on tb medication. You inputs will be of great help🙏🏻🙏🏻

My grandfather had a paralysis attack on 26/08/2022 early in the morning where in multiple clotting in brain were spotted. The doctors also said that there is a brain haemorrhage the next day. He is 77 years old, so no brain surgery can be performed as per the doctors. Also, today, they performed tracheostomy on him. I'll also attach the ct scan report from 28/08/2022 and 30/08/2022. Please check the reports and let me know that what are the chances? Thank you!

Having a weird sensation at back of head. It doesn't pain, but doesn't feel like normal. Sensation comes for time and then goes off and again repeats. Been going on for couple of days. Can you suggest what the cause could be and what should be done?
