Brain and Spine Problems

Pls review blood tests and suggest multi vitamins as per belo other comments below- Iron 32, UiBC 443, calcium 8.8, Gluc. Fasting 108, HbA1C 6.3, haemoglobin 9.8, Vit D.  26.1, B12.   142 Protein has   trace, rest items included Lipid, LFT, KFT are good. My father takes regular Sugar and BP medicines. I am taking Inderal 20 mg tablet daily morning since a month as prescribed by doctor for Anxiety. Can this medicine be used for long term for treating anxiety without any side effect or forming habit?

Can i take naprosyn daily for chronic migraine..other medications didn't work for me..i have taken botox also but still no relief..last 1 month i am taking naprosyn 250 twice daily and i am quite good..

I am having dizziness since 4 months sometimes it's ok sometimes it's very hard to stand but when I take clonazepam 0.5 mg there isn't any dizziness until the medicine works but when it gets over again dizziness starts. I had head injury on February and had ct scan which was normal after 3 months of the injury automatically dizziness started on May right now whenever I take clonazepam it eases but when it stops it gets intense

I hit my head while getting up in a iron rod in the back side of thr left side...i am not having pain but the impact is there and feeling pukish...could u pls help me with what to do further..i have attached the rod in which I.got hit.i have the impact of the hit..i dont have any swelling for now I got hit around 8 pm

Hello sir my baby was 1year old. Last few days i do his MRI. Please tell me every thing is normal. MRI report attech.

Upon closing eyes and breathing in/out, there is sense of tightness in brain which often feels like something suddenly falling inside , keeps happening for few minutes until it settles down on its own but can again happen. It's much frequent upon laying down and closing eyes, i don't understand why is it happening, i am not able to sleep due to sudden internal drop like feel. It happens only when eyes are closed

Whenever I do little physical activity or moderate mental activity I feel weakness in brain and dizziness do I have poor blood circulation in brain is it atherosclerosis my blood pressure is usually controlled by meds 115/75 but this issue is happening from 2 months
