I was fine till now but suddenly i am having depression . if i feel tightness or someothing around my head i overthink that yes it is depression become sad about my life and it gets worse.. I again consulted a doctor and he gave me mankind's placida i only ate it for one day i didn't want to be addicted again .. What should i do? When i am in my college i don't feel anything but when i come back home heaviness around my head comes along and i feel depressed

I am taking Triptoline-M and ROSLOY 20mg each one in the night after the food for the last 10 days and I am feeling excessively sleepy next day. What can I do to avoid feeling sleepy? Please suggest.
