Brain and Spine Problems

There is a small2x1.5mmhypoenhancingfocusin superior part of left side of anterior pituitary gland with superiorconvexity. Features:-suggestive of pituitary microadenoma.

My mother's left hand has been shaking constantly ( mild not so heavy).This problem started 3- 4 months back only. Is that a major problem..what may be the reason and should i consult the Nerves related doctor immediately?

Few days back my father was having intense pain and sensations from hip to the left left radiating throughout the left leg. Earlier he was not able to walk. Now after taking medicine and physiotherapy he is walking on his own without much difficulty. He is undergoing periodic physiotherapy.Sensation has also Improved but still it has not improved fully. Does he need to continue with the current treatment? How much time does it take to recover fully?

From today morning I am feeling like someone is pressing my head from the top. The feeling lasts for 5 seconds at max but it it comes and goes very often. Also I was not able to sleep yesterday as well due to headache. And I have a very slight headache as well
