My cousin is having constant urge to urinate, she once lifted heavy objected 6 months back and had some back pain but it went away later. Can it be possible that she have had some suprasacral injury which has led to this problem now?

She might have a lumbar degenerated disc or a weakened pelvic floor. She needs to consult a neurosurgeon and a urologist for a detailed examination and evaluation. Also, she needs to be evaluated for diabetes and urinary tract infection.
