Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, my brother is on xdr tb meds since last two years. His culture came negative, meds were about to stop on 17th aug but he got a fit on 13th aug. We immediately did an mri. Attached are the reports. Please advise.

Okay so i have this weird headache ( experienced yesterday and today) on the side of mt head above the ears ig temporal? So it just lasts for a few seconds 15-20 seconds hardly, and suddenly disapears no other symptoms accompanied by this headache i dont smoke nor drink but what could be the reason ? It occurs for a very short period of time and than goes ( happens only.once a day)

Dear sir/ mam i fell from 40 ft and my right arm medial condyl got fracture and treated on 3rd may 2022 .but now onwards i still feel numbness in my right side of face like little heavyness while talking and cold water feels a diffrent like alot cold which is not exactly that much chilled for left leg or feet but if touches my right feet or leg it feels like shock n chilling effect . what can be reason for it .kindly suggest me some tests or medication to overcome it is it because of titanium screw in my right medial condyle

Have pain in neck and left hand consult with Phisio she done treatment for 15 days but not recovered well feeling good only when se did IFT and USG . She also advise to take some vitamin supplements and neugatrip medicine for nerve strengthening for 30 days already taken 10 days but not seems any improvement. Am also taking Amtas m 25 for BP

Dear doctors, w.r.t. my previous question. For my 6 months old baby, seizures observed due to fever. Can seizures happened 3 times for a single fever cycle within 24 hours?

My father is feeling numbness in his right hand and right leg since 2-3 days. Also some giddiness & imbalance while walking. Kindly suggest what should be done.

I am hearing a plastic crunch sound inside my head when i am turning my head suddenly! No pain associated at all. X ray shows normal report. What can be the issue? The sound is like pladtic crunching. Every time I move my head suddenly its coming. Please help.

Dear doctors, my daughter who is 6 months old was suffered with 101 F fever on last Monday. Suddenly in the night, she suffered with seizures. We hurried and took her to hospital. After 5-7 mins during travel the seizure gets stopped. Admitted her in hospital. She had seizures 2 more times in hospital in 7hrs gap each time. Fever last for 2 days and stopped by paracetamol itself. Blood test, urine test and EEG scan results normal and doctor proposed for MRI. Can some one helps me to understand whether it's caused by fever alone? Or is it some abnormal electro signals triggered in brain? If later, what could be reason for these abnormal electro sognals. Please suggest.

Last year my uncle fall from bus so he had brain hammorages and doctor done decompressive craniectomy surgery after that he is recovered but today he fall on street by walking then some injury happy on nose nose bleed because of injury after that he is normal talking what can we do doctor suggest admit in ICU is there need of icu ?? Cranioplasty not done yet.. Ct scan report are normal What can we do please suggest
