Sir.my brain mri shows "Impression: 1)Prominent cerebellar folliae. 2) Sulci appears prominent in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere- 3) Prominent cysterna magna-Fs/o Mild cerebral and cerebellar atrophic changes..my cervical mri is normal.I have left head pain and eye pain and when i enter a closed area.i feel diziness.is it migrane.one neurologist suggest me napra d 500,i used one time for 10 days,the head ache gone...later i have not used.kindly help me

My daughter is 2 months and 5 year old but she is still not speaking . She just pronounce all relations and few words but not speak 2 words continuously like Pani do , khana do etc. I am worried if we should consult speech therapist ?she had acid reflux issue from Jan-22 onwards she started semi solid food before it was everything paste we have to give . Since last 5-6 days ,my mother feeling swelling of  veins on forehead and upper head .sometime she in morning it become normal or mild and in night it become big again .before today I thought its a normal swelling on forhead due to any reason .she has high blood pressure issue from last few years . I am frequently having headaches with pain in eye. It get severe till I don't sleep and take a good nap. Sometimes because of severe pain I feel nausea and vomit.
