Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is suffering severe trigeminal neuralgia problem from last 3.5 years and MVD and Gamma knife surgeries are done on Dec 20 and Jan 22 respectively. But still she is facing lot of pain in right side Jaw upto brain. She is having vestibular shwanoma too. Operating by gamma knife. Mazetol 1200mg total day and Gabantin 300mg took 2 times per day. She is eating liquid type food only and able to hardly walk. Cause of medicine see feel constipation and vertigo. Any permanent solution to stop pain. kindly advise.

Why m not getting sleep from past a week... should I consult Dr. I don't know xactly... but m worried

Hello doc, I suddenly got left side sharp headache like someone fired a cracker on head, while sleeping on stomach facing left side which means that I slept on right head. When I got pain I woke up and gave a moment it faded away and after mild pain is there in neck and head left side. What it could be?? Is it anything wrong?? Is it hypnic type of headache ???

Good evening sir / madam, when I lay down on bed i can hear my heartbeat also sometimes my head pressure increasing feeling in head I get. What is the cause am so much worried also i have dizziness when i wake up suddenly from bed and i feel am having imbalance when i wake up.
