Brain and Spine Problems

I am breastfeeding mother of 17 months old child. I am suffering from episodic migraine pain in left side. I am taking half of amitone 10 and 1 provonol sr 40 every night by neurologist consultation, is it safe for my baby? Can this affect my baby's brain development?And how long can i have those medicines?

Last year june i got a pain in upper right side of my ear in my head.. doctr gave me nervmax tab ..so the pain gone..this year from july i agin got the same pain..its feel like electric shock..it lust just for second..n max to max 3 times in a day..some times 3 4 days i didnt get any pain..again its come back..now i just need to know what type of pain is this..m i need to worry about this..is it come back agin..can suggest me any med..i have attached the pain area image..kindly have a look n kindly help me

I have this dull moving pain from my right hip to thigh.. Trying out yoga and neurotherapy massage... But not any improvement as yet.. What should I do?
