Brain and Spine Problems

My mother age 60 .having headache and admitted to hospital diagnosed with brain tb .today done MRI reports attached,can you evaluate the report,is this issue complicated or normal reports

Sir my neck is feeling stiffness and some times hurting and sir cervical spondylosis can raise blood pressure sir ..recently my blood pressure 140/90 130/90 came sir ..my all tests are done everything is normal..but cervical and lumbar brain mri are need sir ..sometimes feeling my head is spinning and headache comes.. .

Currently my b12 level is 250 I feel that it should be more high for a healthy body and i am vegetarian so should i have to continue with the supplements or what can i do how much time it will take to be at 500?

Report- Mri + brain angiography MRI-MRI of brain reveals dilated temporal horn of right lateral ventricle, normal otherwise. Angiography brain- MRA of brain reveals hypoplastic A1 segment of right ACA and absent both Pcom. It is normal/abnormal report please describe?

I am currently on gabapentin 100 mg twice a day. Is it safe to take fluoxetine with gabapentin? If not, which antidepressants are safe to take with this medicine?

My mother is feeling tingling sensation on left leg little toe up to knee . What may be the cause . She is doing physiotherapy.

I am noticing constant mini vibrations like sensation in my both feets, i got no vitamin deficiency, nor there is numbness or pain. What am i dealing with exactly? Plz 🥺

Proxetine clozapam with shilajit does have any adverse effect ,I have anxiety issue during these day I face erectile dysfunction,should it safe to take shilajit and proxetine clozapam together or take gap within
