Brain and Spine Problems

Severe headache since many years which spikes blood pressure and recently in MRI ischaemic changes were seen in the left frontal region. Recently I had headache accompanied with vomiting and my pressure was 190/110. I'm taking medicines for my thyroid bp and cholesterol. I also have UTI and knee joint pain. My pressures remains normal otherwise but when I have headaches it spikes up to high ranges. This is my fourth time I have experienced high BP and I did an MRI for the first time. Or else I have no other issues no diabetes except thyroid and cholesterol. Headaches I normally get every month since 10/15 years I have this issue.

I suffered an accident which caused Blood Clots in 2019, I want to know should I go for MRI or anything else? Is there any complication which I can face after long period of time?
