My father affected with MND in hand 2 years before & we consulted many doctors but everyone is saying there is no medical treatment to diagnose MND. Any suggestion how to diagnose MND and also how to stop the progression of MND. We are in helpless situation now and I hope someone will help us

Hello doctor!! I'm 17 years old. When I fall ill my body becomes really weak and tired. I faint in a strange way...my body becomes stiff eyes remain open and I become unconscious for a few seconds. Few months ago I had vertigo attacks. While lying on bed when I turned on other side I used to feel like everything is moving round and round.When I was a kid I had some kind of neurological disorder, I always used to faint with body stiff and eyes open. My brain mri was done but it was all normal. I'm in class 12. After coming back from school I have no energy left, I'm unable to study or do anything else I just lie on bed and do nothing. My life is full of stress I'm unable to enjoy it because usually I'm ill with no energy. I just stay alone in my bed. I don't like to meet people or to talk to anyone. Please help me. Please suggest some ways... I would be really grateful if you help me.

3days back i suddenly got seizure attack at night. Then as suggested by doctor i went for CT scan and EEG. According to EEG report "awake record showing background consisting of 8-10Hz 40 -50 micro volt alpha activity arising from both the occipital areas and getting attenuated by eye opening ,alpha is mixed with anterior dominant fast activity. " Please let me know if there is any abnormality in the report which should be taken seriously and be treated as early as possible. and if i have another chance of getting seizure again?

I have random twitching in my body it usually happens in arm, chest , back nd jaw area whenever i get these am panicking alot . Is it serious? Sometimes also pins nd needles on my head and tightness in forehead along with eye pressure .
