Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctors, From 1 week these parts are shivering and I'm losing control over them or delay response occour:- - both hands ( specially left one) - from toe to knee - head while movement

I have been diagnosed with miyoshi myopathy initially i have problem in standing on my toes then had atrophy in calf region then glutes muscles ,abdomen area and little weakness in the hands as well . What should i do to keep myself fit and also please share info about any medication i can take

I am a 20 year old girl it has been a week now i am feeling depressed like i am overthinking about something which i dont know. 3 years back i suffered from the same anxiety and depression i consulted a doctor and he gave me anti depressents(ambulax hd) . i becam addicted to that for six months than i finally stoped eating it .. I was fine till now but suddenly i am having depression . if i feel tightness or someothing around my head i overthink that yes it is depression become sad about my life and it gets worse.. I again consulted a doctor and he gave me mankind's placida i only ate it for one day i didn't want to be addicted again .. What should i do? When i am in my college i don't feel anything but when i come back home heaviness around my head comes along and i feel depressed

I am taking Triptoline-M and ROSLOY 20mg each one in the night after the food for the last 10 days and I am feeling excessively sleepy next day. What can I do to avoid feeling sleepy? Please suggest.

I feel uncomfortable in left side of my groin.dr suggested me MRI test and diagnosis that i have thicken gentiformal nerve. pls suggest medicine or treatment for it. History no accident, no injury.
