My pattern of mind is distrubed.i m suffering from 6years from mental problem but I'm unable to understand what is the symptoms of my mental problem.i think my pattern of mind is distrubed.i also have symptoms like:- I m thinking my own feelings and thoughts.plz suggest me what should I do!!...

Past few days I am waking up at 3:30 am after that feeling I completely wakes up try to close my eyes and sleep but feeling completely wakes. I am going to sleep at 10:30 pm around, what are the tests need to perform to ruled out issue and how to cure from it

Sir/mam, I got very high fever last year for 10days continously..after that since an year I'm facing severe weakness..I used homeopathy medicine when english medicine is not working properly at that time..weakness used to come and go..but now since 2 months my head is spinning..I can't walk for 2min..if I'm walking i feel like ill fell on the ground..body is so weak..and I'm feeling like something struck in my throat and heart rate is rising and it is not showing normal when I keep pulse oxymeter to the finger..I have gone through all blood tests cbc,thyroid,hormones,liver,serology,echo 2d,ecg,chest xray,vitamins,abdomen ct scan and everything..all tests was showing I'm fine..but tests showed vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency..I took supplements but its not working..and I have gastric where I get large burps with more sound and regurgation also..please let throw me out from this situation if u identify solution.

I have been feeling weird in head from last week and then I also got mild fever for which the doctor told me it was viral fever and prescribed some medicines. As soon as medicines stopped working I would feel that again. Yesterday I felt that again and little nausea also. What can this be

My 19 year old son is undergoing treatment for seizure. Previously he was taking Levera 500 mg tablet. Now since last 8 months neurologist prescribed him Brivazen 75 mg. Since then i feel like a lots of behavior changes are happening in him. Aggression, mood swings, anxiety, depression and is not able to concentrate in any work. Are the side effects of Brivazen worse than Levera? Doctor has said that this medicine will last 3 years. I told the doctor about all these symptoms but he did not consider such side effects. He believe that these side effects are not there but i am feeling like this because of Brivazen. Should we switch from Brivazen to Levera again? Please help me and suggest what should i do?

I have random muscle twitching widespread and sudden shooting pain i have done my emg and ncv test come back normal so it could brle the sign of als ? Because i have twiches since January so als twitches are continuous or happen randomly???

I am facing problem of numbness, if i just sit cross legged for even one minute tingling start in leg, when I do yoga tingling start. My hand got numb after pressing something hard. I got numbness while doing pushup and plank. Is it vitamin deficiency which doctor should I consult.

I'm feeling lethargic and on a low mood some times I feel like I'm unable to focus by my eyes too and I'm  having a previous history of anxiety last year during covid year when I had dizzy situation for the first time in my life ... After that I had done certain heart profile tests.. doctor said I had anxiety no thing else..since then I don't feel like in a full mood like I was before. Was that dizziness was result of  anxiety, low mood and depression?? Or it was linked with brain tumor or aneurysm.!? Should I do an Brain MRI ?? Plz suggest .!
