Hello I am 22 yr boy i am not at all able to eat anything , i feel like there is no neurotransmission for hunger and whatever I eat i feel difficulty in swallowing and no contraction of muscles during swallowing and i feel like I lost muscle tone for swallowing

Hi, My father in law had a minor accident with minor injury, but doctor advised Citi scan. Pls explain me with report.

I met with an accident three month ago, I got hurt near right ear on head, no bleeding, I got CT scan, CT skull and all was normal. But i still feel discomforts, and Puffing in the head from right ear to back head and  makes me sleepy. What test should I consider to know the exact reason and my ailment so that i can get right and best treatment. Please suggest me the right test, and diagonosis. I went to a doctor and he prescribed me antiepileptic medicine without any tests. However this medicines makes me relax as soon as i take this medicines. After discontinuing medicines the same symptoms starts after 12 hours.

I was B12 deficient . 4 months back it was 200 .Had severe burning pain and pins and needles in both foots. Took nuhenz tablets now B12 is 460 . Symptoms still there but with less intensity . Nerve conduction study showed Sensory polyneuropathy with SUPERFICIAL PERONEAL AND SURAL NERVE SNAP ABSENT ( report attached)  . now prescribed ' HOMIN D' for 3 months. Is it permanent damage or will it improve over time  ? Pls help

A feeling of electrical shock below right knee intermittently.kindly suggest remedy. Taking CR 200tab daily and Diabetic Diapride 1mg taking.

Hi From last few months I having severe headache, it starts from left eye and went whole head .I am not able to concentrate properly. Also having pain in my both legs when I woke up in the morning. Please suggest

I have high blood pressure from past 1 month 150/100 and I am on meds from 15 days and blood pressure is 110/70 but from 1 month I feel pain tired and weekness in brain When I sit for half hour or stand for 10 minutes I can't even excercise for 5 minutes all my tests are normal liver kidney diabetes sonography is normal but brain has become weak some times 137/84 feels like 150/100 ECG report is aslo normal but from past two years I feel exhausted on walking I can't walk more than 1 km but now after this high bp has affected my brain I can't even walk like small distance or excercise for 5 minutes if I do excercise I feel like pain tired and weekness in brain bp is normally OK due to meds but I feel like vomiting and little pain in head I don't know what to do

My sister was having severe back pain since morning now she fell down lost consciousness for few seconds and regained again, there was loss of bladder and bowel control as well. she also had slurring of speech for sometime and not able to move. The back pain is severe.She had this similar incident one month back and we showed in neuro and they said it’s nothing just a syncope. Now again she had the exact same incident starting with severe back pain. She has L5 S1 nerve compression since 3 years and she is an athlete who trains regularly with weights. Mri is done.
