At different interval I experience and involuntary vibration at the left side of my head and 2 inches above my left ear

Sir, since 2 months back i used to have pain in the left and sometime right side of my head, the pain actually start most of the time from back of my head and move to the side and it is actually paining in between my skull and skin, when it pain i used to touch my head and can feel it, sometimes when it pain it also radiate to my neck and shoulder, it also cause dizziness sometimes, so please sir what will be the exact cause of this, please help me

Hello Dr I had pain in left side of head  not sever but mild after wathing 3to 4days I consult with Dr he suggest me head CT & I did it head CT And according to Dr in y report its Normal its about month ago But after some days Its again mild pain in same area So should I go and consult again its any thing worry about it Plz let me know

Which test is better for diagnosing Peripheral Neuropathy: EMG or Nerve Conduction Study?  (If you can only do one of them). For context, my 53 year old mother feels tingling in her left leg, but her brain, neck, thoracic, and lumbar MRI were normal. Her doctor suspects there is nerve compression around the left of her buttocks which feels slightly painful when pressed. But the doctor will do only one study: EMG.
