Pain in lower back. Needle and pin sensation sometimes on feet Pain travels through hips and behind of legs .

Dear sir, I am sleeping 8-10 hrs per day. In sleeping I am tossing, turning and rotate my body. My friends are saying every  15 min your moving in sleep.This problem from last 10 yeras onword. After wake up not feeling refreshing and tired,  daytime sleepiness also. Unable to concentrate my work. My blood test, thyroid sugars test, urine test, MRI scan, EEG Test are normal. Kindly suggest permanent solution
