MRI Urgent Assessment
My mother stopped speaking in the middle of if might. Took her to a nearest  govt hospital  for emergency. Doctor recommended ct scan  and mri. Both enclosed. A neurologist was consulted and prescribed brivazen 50, pan d, diamox and xenobrain fort Is diagnosis correct. Doctor has recommended no hospital admission due to her age. How serious is it. Pls help urgently. Lot of confusions and worry here. Is is fully recoverable.MRI and ct scan enclosed.

she has suffered from stroke. she needs to be on blood thinners. The area that has involved controls speech. Recovery may take a few months, but complete recovery is never guaranteed
