Sleep problem since one week

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am facing sleeplessness since 1 week , i don't know why i am not getting proper sleep , i had lasik on 1st november , i am not facing any issues after lasik but since last one week i am unable to sleep properly as i am not feeling tired , this is not related to lasik i think but my sleep cycle is disturbed , can doctor help me how to sleep like before
