Brain and Spine Problems

My brother has been recently diagnosed with OCD... He is getting reptitive thoughts unnecessarily.he feels pressurerized on his own and it leads to stress eventhough he is taking Serotonin tablets. My main notice regarding him is  since childhood days..he traumatized with some incidents and actions He got tensed and feared for some unnecessary things.. 1)Does it impact those childhood thoughts and actions severe lead to OCD in his adulthood? And also he is influenced some bitter experience in childhood due to family environment & some social causes 2) is this also one of the factor OCD occurs in the adulthood..in our family ni history of OCD.but his past history in childhood was unexpected things...Does those emotions and family environment cause OCD in adulthood? 3) my fear for him is,IS this OCD leads to stress and severe compulsions in future even taking medications? How to get rid off his past history and how to recover his condition from OCD?please clarify sir/madam..

Have forehead-headache from past one year. The pain intensifies with laptop and mobile use. I don't get any vomit but sometimes I feel dizzy sometimes as well like mild vertigo that goes away with resting on bed. I did a MRI brain to rule out issue. Report attached. I use hyadry eye drops and take break from laptop/ mobile use but even with little use I get the forehead ache.. I cannot work at all.

Hello all, I have been suffering from insomnia for the past 3 years. I am using mirtazapine medication 7.5mg for the same. Sleep is more or less stabilized. But i am feeling giddiness and headache-like feeling if I read(study) anything. I am working in shifts too. Can anyone suggest to me which doctor to consult a neurologist or psychiatrist.

My hands shake so much that it's visible to others also...I feel very embarrassed about it..can u please suggest me what can I do to control it

I am a 24 year old male living in guwahati assam There are few cases of japanese encephalitis here every year in the rular districts.there are cases this year too.  Do i need to get a vaccine. Or it is more reccomended for elderly and children. I once asked my doctor and she said it is not required for the city that much. Then i was younger. I get anxiety reading about the cases.

This is Naresh, I am a S/W engineer with age 38y. I am having pain in neck and shoulders from last 2 weeks, gone through the MRI with doctors suggestion and as per report having problem in C3-C4 9mm bulge and also minor problem in lower back at L5. Please go through my attached MRI films and suggest. IMPRESSION as per MRI report: Cervical spondylosis with severe central disc extrusion with tiny unconvertebral osteophytes at C3-C4 level causing severe compression of theacal sac,  spine card, moderate narrowing of spinal canal (9mm) with no neural foraminal compromise. Superior migration of extruded disc fragment till mid C3 level. Very minimal disc bulge at C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels causing very minimal indentation on thecal sac with no neural foraminal compromise. Please suggest whether it can be curedcomp with medicine or physiotherapy or it really required a surgery. Thank you, Naresh K
