Brain and Spine Problems

I m having nerve tingling and sharp pain in neck. I'm taking the drug symbal 20 which is prescribed by the neurologist , but I want to how long it will take to completely heal my pain with this drug.If the pain is not healed what will be the next steps will an MRI help then?

I have muscle twitching all over the body when sit and stable randomly and sometimes shooting pain i have done many test and emg,ncv both they both came normal but still have twitches 🤦 so i want you ask you that i have twitches since 7 month so till now in 7 months if it will had als so it will show in emg nd ncv right? And does als cause pain ?

I'm feeling lethargic and on a low mood some times I feel like I'm unable to focus by my eyes too and I'm  having a previous history of anxiety last year during covid year when I had dizzy situation for the first time in my life ... After that I had done certain heart profile tests.. doctor said I had anxiety no thing else..since then I don't feel like in a full mood like I was before. Was that dizziness was result of  anxiety, low mood and depression?? Or it was linked with brain tumor or aneurysm.!? Should I do an Brain MRI ?? Plz suggest .!
