Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from mystenia gravis last 3 years onwards. Last 3 months onwards I am contiuosly decreasing medicines and one month onwards I again last month onwards my problem is reflected

Hi doctors. I am 32 years old. My job is sitting job arround 12 hours a day. I never had headache before. But since yesterday evening 4 o clock , i was having minor headache from backside of head including neck feeling heavy and it's remains in half part only vertically back side. And till 8 pm it was like something heavy is put on neck i was not able to turn my neck and head was like vibrating . And feeling of vomit was occuring. And eyes becomes sleepy while I was teaching. I am a teacher. And teching for past 3 years. So i went to chemist and told him . He gave me saridon advance. So i took 2 tabs and taken. Because it was like hangover. So i got relief and didn't took other dose. So now again today from 4:30 started same situation feeling heaviness in head and neck. Shall I take another dose. My job is teaching coaching. Sitting job

My friend has vertigo. I request you to please suggest a medication for it. He does not have any history of any disease. He vomited all the water and food and feels heavy headed.

My sister started venlafaxine 37.5 Mg for her vestibular migraine and got myoclonic jerks . She stopped the medicine just after one pill but she still Can’t sleep the whole night with the jerks , We did an EEG and it's normal , She is getting a wierd feeling in the brain like a zap , then her body parts jerk , then her heart races and She goes to urinate !! Doc tried a few medicines like benzos & anti seizure on her but Shez sensitive to medication and nothing is helping !! She stays up whole night with no sleep. Doc says She should see a physiatrist but the problem is no medicines are agreeing with her body she can’t stop crying coz She knows even meds from the physiatrist will make her worse !! Can someone recommend what can she do to help her get rid of these myoclonic jerks ? Thank u !

Hi all, I have been experiencing off balance problem while standing and walking since 2.5 months now. Initially 1st month I was ungergoing all kind of tests like blood tests, heart tests, ultrasounds, xrays, CT scan and MRI. All the blood tests report were normal except showing b12 deficiency at 390 level, vitamin D deficiency and iron deficiency. My MRI report for Brain and Spine came normal. I also consulted an ENT and no ear infection or problem was diagnosed. Finally, after 1 month I consulted a neurologist with all the reports and the doctor said I have the balance problem due to b12 deficiency in the nerves. He says it takes for the recovery. I took Nervo injections 5 in 10 days and now weekly once along with Nervofit capsules 1 each day. Can you pls tell me how much time does it take for the recovery to happen? Why my symptoms are not improving after 1 month of medication. I feel fine while sitting and lying down. No problem while getting up from the bed too.

Hello doctors, My fiance has been diagnosed with high prolactin level 106 Ng/ml. After that MRI was done and found that there is pituitary mircroadenoma is there. Please find the MRI report in attachment. After that, other hormone test is performed like growth hormone , thyroid , cortisol and iFG and all test result are normal. Now, please let me know this tumor is treatable using medicine or need surgery.
