Brain and Spine Problems

Can anybody suggest Is necessary to go for surgery based on enclosed MRI report. Currently he is under medication. Doctor not yet advised physiotherapy. What could be the reason? Suggested only for exercises. Neck pain started in April. Pain is repeating frequently also pain passed to right hand from neck.

Hi, My father underwent TLIF surgery on 8th June this year. He had severe right leg pain before operation. When we got it diagnosed, the reason was pars interarticulars defect with extruded disc at L4-L5 and L5-S. After the operation the right leg has no pain whatsoever, but he has pain in left leg now. Under painkiller medications the pain subsides, now that the painkillers have been stopped he is getting the pain back and the pain is pretty consistent. Please let me know how to go ahead with this? When we told the same thing to the hospital, they got done with Xray and Doppler tests for the left leg but both the test results were negative. Any suggestions and guidance will be helpful 🙏

Hello doctor i am suffering from vertigo from Sunday I take vertin 8 mg tab twice a day 3 days but still there is slightly dizziness when lying on bed or turn head afer lying on bed .feeling dizzy only  after lying on bed There is no any problem while standing or performing regular duties . I had suffer this type of problem in last year may 21 but that type i had vomiting and nausea and severe  dizziness that I could not able to stand .but this time only feeling dizzy afer lying on bed and remain  2 or 3 sec only  ,i feels that it happend to me when I am tense or having exersion.what should I do is it required medicine or it goes only having some exercise.

I have started taking vitamin d3 of 1000 iu since my vitamin d total is 8.6. Can I take selcal M tablets with vitamin d3. can both tablets affect health. Or I should consume only higher doses of vitamin d3 i.e more than 1000IU.

I have had a fever for the last two days nd now I wake up in the morning and find a pass on the palm of my right hand with the fingers of my right hand is numb ...I always sleep on the palm of my hand all night long ... Yesterday Ialso felt like I was sleeping with the weighton the palm of my right hand Why is it that ...myyy hand is still not right ???

I'm having headache in back of the head and neck pain for past 2 weeks and now I'm having mild headache in front of the head and I have also taken the blood test of ANA and other things everything is normal. After waking up in the morning I feel it daily and mild in the day daily . Still why my headache is there? Pls advise. Thank you

Thier is tightness in occipital or back of head region...no other symptoms went under C1C2 stablization operation 6weeks back.... .

CEREGLU Q10 (Morning and Night) AMICON 10 (Morning and Night) Could you review and let me know if any side effects of these medicines. Thnaks

This is a report of brain plain MRI, what does this indicate ? Is there anything to be considered about doctor has given medicine for Alzheimer's disease and blood thinning also but there is no effect.
