Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, Since few days I am facing one problem. I have mild headache and while riding bike I feel imbalance sometimes but actually i dont get imbalance. I can walk on straight line. I can stand on one leg. I can do jogging. Please help. Thanks

I have all over pins and needles on my skin with an itchiness constant. What may be the reason? Please suggest the cure

Sir my neck is feeling stiffness and some times hurting and sir cervical spondylosis can raise blood pressure sir ..recently my blood pressure 140/90 130/90 came sir ..my all tests are done everything is normal..but cervical and lumbar brain mri are need sir ..sometimes feeling my head is spinning and headache comes.. .

I am currently on gabapentin 100 mg twice a day. Is it safe to take fluoxetine with gabapentin? If not, which antidepressants are safe to take with this medicine?

I am noticing constant mini vibrations like sensation in my both feets, i got no vitamin deficiency, nor there is numbness or pain. What am i dealing with exactly? Plz 🥺
