I am feeling cold sensation middle of the head i feel some hours no sensation then again start this cold sensation it last atleast 1week my age 26 plz guide why this happen

I have had eye twitching for three months now in my right eye. And also in between I have had episodes of facial spasm on left side of my face. I consulted doctors about this but have not been satisified with diagnosis. I got MRI done with no contrast for brain and it was all Ok. Should i still get one with contrast? How long is it Ok to not be worried about my symptoms?

Hello dr, My grandfather diagnosed with high grade glioma..but he didn't have any symptoms of tumor before...now his left side body paralyzed and have memories issues also...Dr suggested of surgery but my family have fear of surgery...after 1 st mri we take another mri , where size show some point less and nothing increased ... please suggest is it cancer or bengin tumor...aur alternative treatment , without surgery... please help us...i m sending both report of mri
