Today I take mri I attached my report .pls anyone clarify.firstline be bold why. no evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted what is this

For Past few months i am having wierd type of symptoms which keep on changing or coming back. 1. I feel dizzy sometimes for few seconds which goes away automatically, it happens mostly when i am lying down 2. Left arm pain around shoulder and biceps 3. Neck stiffness and Pain when keep on sitting for longer 4. Body shaking from inside 5. Ringing in ears 6. Flashes in one eye 7. Monocular double vision 8. Tingling in Arms and Legs I searched on internet and it seems to be something related to MS or brain tumor which is making me very scared. Please help or suggest how should i address this. It is making life too miserable.

Hello, I met with bike accident hiting a dog. I fell right after it. I don't remember how I fell, I just remember waking up myself and lifting off bike. I didn't have heache, nausea i had jaw hit and took medicines. I checked with neurologist after discussions it was said i had event amnesia and asked wait and watch. I faced some pain in right chest and checked there was no crack and no air from lungs. I had sharp pain. I approached cardiologist. For pain management he suggested to have pantop dsr and then tramodal. Shall we use tramodal now? i am not sure if it is a MTBI.

I am 34years old female,mother of 4yrs old. its been 5days ,i am taking levipil 500 2twice daily and lobazam 5 once daily as prescribed by neurologist. i had seizure attack few days back and EEG report shows background which consists of 4-6Hz, theta activity, mixed with 8-9hz alpha activity bilaterally. shows generalized sharp wave discharges . so these medicines were prescribed by doctor. it makes me feel dizzy drowsy. but today at noon suddenly i felt a like my head is spinning little bit for 2 to 3 seconds only, which was controlable. other than that i didn't feel any discomfort  till now.So i was just concerned that if it is due to the medicines adjustments with my body or something to worry. should i tell this to my doctor. thanks in advance

I have suffering from slipped disc, L5 S1 disc, from 4 months,I want to cure slipped disc problem without any surgery, what should I do to cure it permanently.  Please advise the treatment

In feb, I twisted my left wrist. Since feb to May I only applied medical bandage (irregularly). Later in May I visited orthopedic and took x ray. There is no fracture but I had pain at 2/3 places around wrist, one is left side, on top center is ganglion cyst and nerves around. He told it will take three months and gave me medicine for 15 days. But since his medicine were giving me gas and acidity, I ate his medicine only for 12 days. Later visited Physiotherapist took ultra sound for 16 days, tens for 10 days, bottle lifting workout for wrist. My pain decreased by 50% and Two Physiotherapist doctors confirmed there is no cyst now. But I am still i have not fully recovered. The entire nerve vein around wrist pains, only when I put slight body pressure on my wrist. On left side at top of my wrist I see a small bump,which pains everytime I press it or pressurized it with my body wait. Should I visit orthopedic or nerve doctor or sports Physiotherapist or surgeon? do i need surgery?
