Brain and Spine Problems

Maximum days I suffering from headache. Can't able to understand the problem. It will there for 2-3days continually

My MRI scan report showing "Prominent Bilateral Meckel's Cave.(-7mm right,6.5mm left) Rest no significant abnormalities." -please explain what does it mean?

My MRI shows mild disc bulge at c3 c4 level casing mild inpigment on biliterial nueral forminia. Mild disc bulge at c5 c6 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation Disc bulge at L4 L5 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation . My symptoms - When i wake up my both hands are pain, weakness, Numbness & puling. after 15 or 20 slowly recovering numbness and puling but mild pain is continues come and go. What problem in my hands and what I will do now please suggestion me.

I have burning sensation in upper body and pain in back from last 1 year  I have also done mri of spine which is normal please suggest to whom I consult for this problem

Sir due to deadlift in gym i got lower back pain from 2months my pain is decrease after some exercise can I join gym now sir see my mri attach its nerves comprese or normal
