My ankle and foot the joint between it pains alot in mid night i have been suffering from it since a week The pain is so discomforting that i get up from my sleep in mid night and it's very weird Pls help!

My left hand is weak and if I lift any weight hand will very weak can't lift weight after 20 minutes.Numbness also & pain between shoulder and elbow.suffering from 10 days.iam very afraid of these like paralysis? Please suggest!

Dear sir, I am sleeping 8-10 hrs per day. In sleeping I am tossing, turning and rotate my body. My friends are saying every  15 min your moving in sleep.This problem from last 10 yeras onword.
