After I fall motorcycle my left head headache not headache completely recover after 60 days complete what is problem?

In My sleep  study find a NREM parasomnia. So I am using Lonazep 0.25 mg from one month. But some times in sleep I am unable to move and fear , violent dreams is parasomnia or seizers. It will repeat 3-4 times same day. Monthly 2- 3 times it is happening. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Dear sir, I am sleeping 8-10 hrs per day. In sleeping I am tossing, turning and rotate my body. My friends are saying every  15 min your moving in sleep.This problem from last 10 yeras onword. After wake up not feeling refreshing and tired,  daytime sleepiness also. Unable to concentrate my work. My blood test, thyroid sugars test, urine test, MRI scan, EEG Test are normal. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Hi doctor, my head pressure is going up and up and increasing so much feeling loss of balance and lowerlegs feelss no strength pls reply urgent pls pls am having so much pressure in head and sweating neck muscles becoming very tightttttt twitching at neck

I wake up with Numb hands or feet. Aisa kyu but same is not the case if I sleep in afternoon or I wake up in midnight.

I was suffering from Sleep issue / Anxiety for last one year. Consulted Neurologist.Prescribed Zaptra 25 mg. Took these tablets for around five months. Then after improvements, reduced the dosage to 12.5 mg. Taking this tablet since last three months. As a trial and error stopped the tablet since last five days.Getting good sleep as earlier. Request a advice weather can I stop the tablet suddenly or it has to be stopped slowly. Pl advice

I suffer from sleep onset insomnia, & i am being recommended sleep study to ascertain the cause but i am confused in the regard that how sleep study will be beneficial in ascertaining when i can't even fall asleep at all in night?

I got injury near right ear on head 3 month ago in car accident. No bleeding. Met a Dr.,  had CT, report was normal. Dr. gave some medicine. Aftr 15 day pain at injured area, diziness and twitching behind the head with drowsiness were developed. consulted neurologist, he gave fllowing medicine without any test, said there is blood clot. 1.Incefzone I.V 1 g injections (14 i took) 2.Valprowin chrono 200 mg 3.Mental (2 tablets per day) 4. Tagrital 100 mg & tablets for gas and a syrup. I started medicine, symptoms are controlled. But As long as I take medicin symptoms are controlled but as soon as I leave the medicin same symptoms come back with headache. Aftr 70 day, i met Dr. Again,  he said continue medicine till 90 day then 2yrsb 2tblet. Now, I m tensed. why the medication is so long for small injury. whether i am at right diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Should I continue the medicine or change the doctor. Which test or scan should I go for proper treatment. Plz guide 🙏🙏plz

I HAD SUFFERED FROM PAIN IN THIGH POSITION .I DIDN'T SLEEP COMFORTABLE ON bed in straight position.so pls help out

Last week I had high bp around 190/110 this happens once a year and starts from headache and shoulder pain. I had vomiting also. When u was asked to do MRI my report showed I have early ischaemic changes. Thereafter I have swelling and blue coloured skin underneath my eyes. Please explain me the cause and remedy. I also have knee pain and headache since many years. Thank you!
