Head injury after fall
Yesterday evening while walking in watery surface got slipped and left side of my head(near to temple) hit hard on ground... post that area got swelled heavy headache, pressure + left eye was blurry for around 30 mins..went to local physician and he suggested for ct scan for safer side.. immediately took CT scan it was normal, however still the head pressure, swelling continues today morning as well..any further checks need to be done

Since the CT head was normal, there's nothing much to worry about. Please do cold fomentation. Take some anti-inflammatory medicines. Keep yourself hydrated.
