Migraine related query
I am Female 22 yr old, I have migrane since 2018, doctor did CT-scan, so I was eating whenever attack comes tablet name Exceeding and sumatriptan-naproxen. In 2019 only single attack came but in 2022 migrane attack came due to emotional thing, and i lost my vision for sometime with rapid breathing and then after taking medicine and relaxing it was good but I had fever and loose motions. But now 29 Nov, I was standing outside there was little cold my breathing starts increasing and suddenly I feel like vomiting and vomit occurs and dizziness and i feel and then, after 5 min of taking medicine i feel relax. Then again on 1st December I took cold water bath and afternoon I was  emotional then again dizziness occurs and i feel. Took excedrin. Is this migrane or something else? I donot have any pain in chest or heart. Normal oxygen level 99. BP after 6 hours of meal is 129/85. during covid Spo2 was 67 but with in 2-3 days I was  normal without oxygen. please tell me what is it?
