Brain and Spine Problems

Severe neck and shoulder pain also tickling in head on day and worst in the night ................

She is having pain in right side of the body, mainly in leg, hand and  back unable to do daily chores like going to washroom from last 4 days. She is having arthritis pain in both knees did medication 10 years back but stopped as no permanent cure she can do daily chores until the pain starts in right side. She had parkinson and tremors 8 years back, did medication for around 4 years from neurologist and now she don't need medication. She is having gastric problems from long time and used to have digene and pan d,rolmizac, pantosec, pantosec IT, etc(used to change medicine after few months as it gets less effective) . related medicine after consultation with doctor from last 7-8 years. Border line sugar and chelestrol. She take diegene and pan 40 etc. for gastric and rosuvas for sugar. Please advise what could be the reason for pain in right side and to whom i should see.

My dad is getting sudden rise in BP during night time (sometimes BP goes very low) and room spinning sensation at frequent intervals. Recently he feels numbness in his legs when the above said problem occurs. Can you please advise what is this issue called ? Is it neuro related ?

Having Dizziness and Vomiting midnight between 2-3Am since 1 month but earlier I use to get Giddiness once in a while since last 6-8months. I have diagnosed with below list of Lab Test but Doctor couldn't find the root cause. 1. ENT- Audiometry test and Physical examined- Confirmed No Vertigo. 2. ophthalmologist-Eye are normal. 3.Cardiology -TMT and Echo - Confirmed All normal. 4. neurology - Brain and Spine MRI Done - Confirmed no problem with brain and Vertigo. 5.Gastroenterology- Endoscopy Done,No problem with Gastric issues. 6. General Physician - All Blood Test done,All Vitamin and Other results are correct but Iron was having deficiency took tablet for 2months but Looks Iron is not absorbing , Revised results value remain same -Iron Serum 55. Doctor said Dizziness cannot be because of Iron since my hemoglobin is 16. I didn't find root cause and feeling helpless. Please advise.

Hi experts, my 1.5 month baby had severe coarction of arota by birth and had Cardiac Arrest in Operation theatre for 20 mins. Post hospitalization all her day to day activities seem to be normal. Dr has advised for an MRI which we are yet to do. But based on your past experience, what are the chances of brain injury and is it treatable ? Please answer. We in trauma with all that has happened during the past few months. Thanks in advance.

From last one month started with mild shivering in legs after exercise progressed to weakness in legs and upper arms. After taking supplement and petril md from last 15 days it is slight better but I feel on and off weakness and shivering kind in legs sometimes weakness other time absolutely fine.but evening hours body keep on vibrating legs and upper part as if some motar inside it. All blood test are normal no diabetes. Why this vibration it is so irritating

I am waking up at midnight at around 4/5 am. After waking up it feels like a tingling/crawling sensation on the head (feels like blood flowing from head to shoulder area). This happens for 30 seconds approx. Later, it's sometimes difficult to sleep again. Most of the time I am able to sleep again. This is happening since two months. What's the cause of this problem? Kindly help.

I am diabetic from 2 yrs under very  strict control along with exercises  .  Hb1Ac( 5). I had Low B12 ( 250)  a year back with sensory symptoms . So took neuroboin forte for 3 months but no use symptoms become worse to burning pain and symptoms upto knee and arms.. Neurologist advised NUHENZ for 3 months Now B12 is ( 468) . Now my NCV test showed ' Bilateral SURAL and PERONEAL Nerves SNAP is absent' . Now prescribed ' HOMIN D' Will it improve and recover and what care do I need ? Pls help and respond

I'm 22 years old and my CT scan report has found diffuse cerebellar atropy. is it normal in this age

I have been having a headache on the right backside of my head for the last three days. I get it when I move my head up or down or while getting up after sleep. It's dull and doesn't bother my day to day activities. Please advise.
