Sometime fell dizziness but not headache
My all heart report nomal. last four month iam taking beta blockers now i have stoped it. At that time doctor said you have anxiety now bp is under control. But sometime in a day i fell very dizzy like i felt on ground at that time my bp is also normal and heart beat is also in between 60 to 85. What is reason for dizzy feeling. Is there is need for MRI for brain

Dizziness has multiple causes including stress, anxiety, ear problems and rarely as a side effect of certain medications. MRI brain may be done to aid the diagnosis.
