The left hand pain and rise in blood pressure seem to be related to anxiety. Please avoid stress, prolonged screentime and take proper sleep. Do regular physical exercise for 30 minutes daily. Do meditation for 20 minutes daily.
Next Steps
Please consult for proper evaluation and treatment.
