Random muscle twitch and Vision problems
I have been experiencing random muscle twitching all around my body and I see floaters and after images in my vision. I had consulted a neurologist and an ophthalmologist and various tests had been done 1. MRI Brain Normal 2. RNST RNCV Normal 3. Electrolytes and Calcium Normal During Eye exam doctor said I have no problem with my eyes and had given me vitreous pouch and nepaflam for 21 days but I didn't got any better. One example of my vision problems is When I read an article or email and look towards side i see lines following my eyes to the wall and disappear after few seconds

You are having palinopsia- abnormal persistence of image after it has been removed from sight. It can have multiple causes, like a occipital epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or migraine aura. As you said MRI Brain was normal, you may need a EEG, VEP, a csf analysis for oligoclonal band, and a review reporting of mri with different radiologist. In short, We need to evaluate for the cause of palinopsia and muscle twitchings, and treat according to cause.
